Most of our experiences cancel free up to 24 or 48 hours before the start. The exact window for your booking is printed on the product page, at checkout, and on your voucher — one policy, stated three times.
Cancel from the “My bookings” page or by emailing connect@yotours.in with your booking reference. You receive a full refund to the original payment method — no fees, no questions.
Once the free window closes, the booking is non-refundable, because your seats have been committed to the venue or guide. Products sold as non-refundable state this clearly before you pay.
Weather, safety or operational cancellations from our side always give you the choice of a full refund or a free rebooking to any available date.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the booking’s currency within 1 working day of approval; banks typically post the credit within 5–10 working days depending on the card issuer.
If part of your group can’t attend and you are inside the free window, we refund the affected travellers at the per-person price paid, keeping the rest of the booking intact.
