Leave the city behind and watch the landscape change from rolling green hills and lakeside villages to the first snowy summits of the Bernese Oberland. Along the way, your guide shares stories of the region, its people and the pioneers who built a railway to the top of Europe.
Stretch your legs in charming Interlaken, the Alpine resort town nestled between the turquoise waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. Take in the mountain air and enjoy your first views of the Jungfrau region.
Arrive at Grindelwald Terminal and board the Eiger Express, the state-of-the-art tri-cable gondola that has transformed the journey to Jungfraujoch. With your seats reserved and priority boarding, glide upwards for about 15 minutes beneath the majestic Eiger North Face, its sheer rock walls rising so close you almost feel you could touch them.
Step out at the Eiger Glacier station, surrounded by ice and rock, and switch to the historic cogwheel train of the Jungfrau Railway. The final ascent takes you deep inside the Eiger and Mönch, through tunnels carved into the mountain more than a century ago, all the way to Europe's highest railway station.

Roll down through Wengen, the picturesque car-free village perched on a sunny terrace high above the Lauterbrunnen Valley, with its chalets, flower boxes and endless mountain views.
